Production Capability

Permian Plastics' injection molding facility manufacturing plant is located in O'Fallon, Missouri. The 37,500 sq. ft. plant is climate-controlled, smoke-free and was designed and built for maximum efficiency, quality and growth. Permian Plastics currently utilizes twenty (20) molding machines ranging in size from 40 tons to 500 tons. We currently have the ability to add machinery without plant expansion.
All equipment is operated in a climate-controlled, smoke-free facility. All operations are consistent with medical parts handling to fully support all sterilization and cleanliness requirements. Our plant is FDA registered to support Medical, Food and Biotechnology applications. Permian has been an Underwriter's Lab (UL) certified molder (designation B-1675) since 1998 and has been recently recertified under ISO 9001:2008 (Certificate No. C2010-00572).
Equipment Commitment
Permian's commitment to utilizing the best and most efficient production is ongoing, including upgrades and expansion of automation equipment, existing molding machines and robotics. In 2007 Permian purchased its first all-electric injection molding machine. Today it has four all-electric machines. We have a wide array of tonnage capabilities and apply the optimum press match for each part and mold we accept.
Permian utilizes technologically advanced molding and automated equipment to manufacture the product lines of its customers.
